Doom Live Wallpaper

Are you a big fan of DOOM? Who isn’t. Enjoy that arcade shooter feeling wherever you go. Thanks to the wonderful community at Reddit I’ve discovered an older live wallpaper that still deserves some publicity. It’s one of the few that is highly interactive and quite fun to play with. Whenever you turn on your phone a space marine spawns and will walk around the screen. Monsters will randomly start to spawn with increased difficulty. Well, you can knock him back down a few pegs by simply dragging and dropping your icons around the screen. Every time an icon is moved a new monster will spawn in that location. Live wallpapers can be pretty hit or miss, so it’s nice to see some top quality ones floating around out there. It’s completely free, completely fun and completely addicting. Give it a shot. BaconReader by OneLouder Apps (the same team who brought you FriendCaster and Tweetcaster) has really proven to be one of the better options. Some negative reviews about the app frequently crashing had kept me from downloading it in the past but, whatever was causing the problems was fixed in the latest patch and the ratings reflected that. So, after buying the premium version I dove in to see what this Reddit app had to offer.
