App Review: uTorrent Remote

There’s few apps that Android users receive that iPhone users don’t have, generally it’s because it’s either:

  1. A keyboard (like Swype or something, you know?)
  2. Something illegal (And those are the best, right?)
  3. Something awesome and the developer loves Android far too much to share ( Those guys are my favorite)
  4. Something that Apple just Really doesn’t like.
  5. It’s really stupid and doesn’t deserve to be on the Market either (Ex: Roll A Joint – really?)

Where is the Remote? YouTube makes Android Phone into Google TV Remote

This brings new meaning to your phone being the only gadget you need. YouTube has come out with the new YouTube Remote that works with your Google TV. This new feature works with YouTube Leanback that you download onto the TV and then the app on your phone to sync the two. You can then use this to watch videos from the site onto the TV. Your phone lets you play, pause, go backwards and forwards, control the volume, and cue up the next video to watch. The app is still in beta but is available in the US Android Market for you to text out and give feedback on.
