Samsung Reaches 3 Million in Sales for Galaxy S Androids
Only two months ago, Samsung had announced that they had hit the one million mark with their Galaxy S devices sold in the US. Now they’ve just announced that they’ve climbed to an impressive 3 million sales for Galaxy S smartphones, just in the US. That’s some pretty shocking statistics to say the least. A representative from Samsung stated that they wish they had a larger supply to satisfy the demand of the devices. Because of the shortages of AMOLED displays, they predict that product may slow down until 2012. Worldwide, Samsung has sold over 7 million Galaxy S devices, and that number is still increasing. With the Nexus Two right around the corner, we can only imagine what that will do for sales.
